Police react to the Local Anti-war Solidarity Demonstration (Video)

On April 8, at 5:00 anti-war activists marched in downtown Buffalo in solidarity with occupied peoples, victims of the Global War on Terror- soldiers and civilians- and other social justice activists marching in New York City & San Fransisco.

The accompanying video is from the news, however, later on in the day three activists were arrested. The activists were calling out M&T bank and Bank Of America (one of the biggest banks in the world, and a participant in the financial meltdown) for their role in local economic assaults on people. Upon the demonstration reaching these banking centers the administrators at M&T bank called the police.

One activist was charged with 'inciting to riot' and other misdemeanor charges. Upon the activists protests to "let him go, let him go"; in an earlier account that has now been removed, the officer responded, "your only going to make it worse for him" and alluded to possible charges and wait-times if we supported our friend.
